GoldenYoga will return to Masseria della Zingara, 'House of the Gypsy' in Puglia, Italy for a third year from Thursday 28th April -Tuesday 3rd May 2016. The name of the house beguiles the stunning 18th Century Masseria, renovated with loving care and exacting standards with the prime purpose of providing a wonderful and inspirational setting for specialist courses in yoga and textiles. The Masseria sits in 20 tranquil acres of olive, cherry and almond groves and has its own Chapel. Despite its private location, the farmhouse is located close to a small village and the medieval white towns of the Valle d’Itrea in Southern Italy. The beautiful, unspoiled Puglese coastline is just 7 kilometres away.

Extraordinary transformations happen when a group unites through practice in most conducive, even sublime a setting and company

Sallyanne's all encompassing, playful approach adapts the classical yoga poses into accessible, enjoyable and effective moves uniquely tailored to suit every body. So the poses aren’t imposed, but rather emerge from within, unraveling habitual tension and bringing healing in their wake. Easing you into a dynamic alignment, GoldenYoga strengthens and balances your entire musculature, nourishing your nervous system and boosting immunity.

While at the Masseria there will be yoga in the beautifully converted stable studio and outside too, drawing inspiration from 'the garden of Italy' that is Puglia, from which we’ll be fed delicious local fare – along with an occasional glass of wine. There will be early morning moving meditation and yoga, with late afternoon yoga and evening meditation. You are free to explore the surrounding countryside on foot or bicycle, visit the coast or neighbouring towns and markets (there will be trips to local towns on two evenings after yoga) and a massage can be arranged for you.

The Masseria della Zingara retreat in Puglia will be a wonderful chance to immerse yourself in life sustaining practice with Sallyanne’s inspired approach, enabling you to access and readily absorb the healing and energy yoga can offer.
